$25 non-refundable deposit is due at booking. A payment invoice will be emailed to you after completing each question below. Once your deposit is paid, we'll add you to our delivery schedule. We'll reach out the day before to confirm delivery & pickup times. 


Our latest pick-up time is 8pm. There is no need to put early times because we already come out earlier than the time you enter for your start time. A full day is considered 8hrs, this must fall within our earliest delivery time & latest pick up time.

Generally we arrive 1-4hrs before the rental time begins & ends. Pick ups are also 1-4hrs after your party ends, so please be patient as we will be out to pick up the equipment after your event.


Also, please read over the attached rental agreement & be prepared to sign it at delivery. Any remaining balance will also be collected. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order. However, you will be given a raincheck that is good for 90 days. Thank you!
